Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you, takes physical possession of the last item in your order. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.

Effects of withdrawal

Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding return shipping costs. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Items must be returned unworn, in original condition with all tags attached. Made-to-order items (including jewellery) are exempt from the right of withdrawal unless faulty.
